On your June, 2022 or later bill, look for your “Customer ID,” which will serve as your login.

Transactions are safe and secure with, powered by TrashFlow. Payments are PCI Compliant and their certification can be viewed on the site portal. 

Instructions for logging in for the first time:

  1. Visit our Official Payment Portal
  2. In the Green Box that states “View your Account,” enter your 12-digit Customer ID#.
    Your Customer ID# can be found on your latest statement. Note: this differs from your Account Number.
    Click the button “Login to your Account.”
  3. Since this is your first login, you’ll need to set your password.
    Click the blue text “Set Password”
  4. Create and set your password and you’re all set!
